Job summary

The RN will follow ANA standards and coordinate care with the health team, document patient data, and support patient education and follow-up. 2 years of wound care experience is required; wound certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in wound care (required).
• Wound certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient history, perform diagnostic tests, and administer treatments.
• Develop and implement an individualized care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and IV therapies, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety.
• Educate patients and families on post-care, home care needs, and lifestyle changes.
• Mentor and support clinical staff, promote evidence-based practice, and uphold professional standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
