Responsibilities

• Collect health data in a systematic and ongoing manner to develop a patient plan of care.
• Develop plans of care individualized to the patient’s condition and needs.
• Initiate treatments and medications as ordered, including IV start and monitoring.
• Document observations and nursing interventions for quality improvement and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious care.
