Job summary

Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide comprehensive nursing care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. You will perform pre-procedure assessments, review medical history, prepare patients and equipment, establish IV access, administer medications, and monitor patient responses throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• California RN license required, BLS & ACLS.
• 1 year acute care Cath lab or ICU RN experience or completion of Eisenhower’s Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-procedure assessments and review medical history.
• Prepare patients and equipment, establish IV access, administer medications.
• Monitor vitals, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status during procedures.
• Support cardiologists and manage emergency situations; ensure safe transitions post-procedure.
