• Oncology certification within 3 years of hire if in Hematology/Oncology department.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic patient- and family-centered care in the Hematology/Oncology population.
• Collaborate in development, execution and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care.
• Assist with care coordination, discharge planning, and continuing care needs across settings.
