Job summary

Berger Health System seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for our Doctors Hospital Wound Care Clinic. The RN will provide general nursing care across the continuum, collaborate with the care team, and ensure quality outcomes for patients in a wound care setting.

The role supports a day shift schedule with a 32-hour work week. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an active RN license (Ohio or compact), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned interventions to achieve outcomes.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses to care and revise plans with the team.
• 10% Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• 10% Operations: contribute to safety and reliability as an HRO framework.
