Heritage Hall is seeking an experienced RN to lead a care team in a supportive, family-like setting. You will oversee compassionate, coordinated care that is tailored to each resident, aligning with our belief that every resident deserves to be treated like family.

The role emphasizes strong communication, clinical excellence, and adherence to long-term care regulations. The ideal candidate holds an ASN or BSN, an active Virginia RN license, and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
