Starr Regional Medical Center is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Registered Nurse (RN) in the Women's Services Department. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Develop and implement care plans involving patient participation
• Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform clinical treatments
• Document patient care accurately
• Monitor and communicate patient status to the care team, physicians, and family
• Assist patients with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including transfers and discharges
• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
• Advocate for patient well-being

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

Licenses:

• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or a compact state

Certifications:
