Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Women’s & Children’s Float Pool in Newark, DE. This full-time role rotates through Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU Level III, and Inpatient Pediatrics, with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and a 72-hour pay schedule.

A sign-on bonus of $20,000 may be offered and paid over 2 years. BSN required or pursued within 3 years; two years' acute care experience and BLS/NRP/PALS are required, ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• At least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in acute care Women's and Children's services areas listed above required.
• BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required.
• ACLS certification preferred
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required

Responsibilities

• Float RN rotating through Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU (Level III), and Inpatient Pediatrics.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units.
• Maintain 7:00 PM–7:00 AM night shift schedule and 12-hour shifts
