Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Women’s & Children’s Float Pool. This full-time role rotates through Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU (Level III), and Inpatient Pediatrics, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care on 12-hour night shifts.

BSN required or within three years; minimum two years’ acute care W&C RN experience; BLS, NRP, PALS; Delaware RN licensure. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• At least TWO years of RN experience in acute care Women’s and Children’s services areas listed above.
• BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required.

Responsibilities

• As a Float Pool RN, deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units.
• Rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU (Level III), and Inpatient Pediatrics.
