ChristianaCare Health System in Newark, DE seeks a Registered Nurse for the Women's & Children's Float Pool. This full-time role offers 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a sign-on bonus and 72 hours/pay.

You will rotate through Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU Level III, and Inpatient Pediatrics, delivering high-quality care across units. Requirements include a BSN (or commitment within three years), two years of acute care Women's & Children's nursing, BLS/NRP/PALS, with ACLS

Formación

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
• TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in acute care Women's and Children's services areas listed above required
• BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU (Level III), and Inpatient Pediatrics
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units
• Ensure safe and optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns and pediatric patients
