Benchmark Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Wellness Director for our Cedar Grove, NJ community. The role oversees hiring, training, and management of the care team, and serves as the liaison with families, physicians, and outside care providers.

You will ensure compliance with resident care regulations, maintain accurate records, and promote safety while representing Benchmark with pride and integrity.

Qualifications

• New Jersey RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a care setting (assisted living/home care or hospice a plus).
• Knowledge of dementia care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and management of the community care team.
• Liaise with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers.
• Ensure compliance with resident care regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Promote safety and represent Benchmark Senior Living with professionalism.
