Job summary

Cantex is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Weekend Supervisor (6a-10p) on Saturdays and Sundays. You will oversee patient care delivery, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to clinical policies.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, EMR documentation, and collaboration with physicians. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Weekend shift availability required.
• Experience supervising or coordinating nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the provision of patient care services in line with standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; document per policies and regulations.
• Enter and maintain accurate nursing documentation in the EMR.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
