Job summary

Aviata Health Group seeks a registered nurse to join the Emerald Shores team in Callaway, FL. You will supervise staff and oversee patient care, ensuring adherence to standards of care and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes collaboration with facility personnel and care team members to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care. New grads are welcome to apply and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, assigns and distributes work, trains staff, ensures adherence to standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
