Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified RN Weekend Supervisor to join our family-oriented team in Brandon, FL. The 16-hour shifts run 7a–11p, overseeing patient care and supervising staff to ensure safety and quality.

New grads welcome. We offer benefits such as family health insurance, 401k with match, and potential overtime pay. You will coordinate with nursing staff, enforce standards of care, and support facility operations during weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
