Job summary

Aviata at Emerald Shores in Callaway, FL is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care on weekends. The role requires an active RN license and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.

The successful candidate will supervise CNAs, ensure compliance with facility policies, and coordinate care with other team members, while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered service. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion, dedication, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows policies.
• Supervises CNAs during shift; assigns work, provides training, and ensures standards are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.




• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.




• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.




• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.




• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.




• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
