Job summary

Aviata Health Group at Emerald Shores in Callaway, FL is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care on weekend shifts. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate care, and enforce facility policies in line with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be compassionate and dedicated to delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with other facility personnel within established policies and procedures.
• Oversees Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning work and providing training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
