Job summary

Aviata at The Palms in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend shifts and oversee patient care. The role emphasizes staff supervision, adherence to standards, and collaboration with facility personnel to maintain high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings, and demonstrate compassion and dedication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
