Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor in Tallahassee, FL to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role supervises CNAs during weekend shifts, coordinates care with other personnel, and ensures compliance with care standards. This position offers a weekend schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
