Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a licensed RN to supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care at The Palms in Palm Harbor, FL. This role emphasizes adherence to care standards and collaboration with facility personnel.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation settings, and a compassionate, dedicated approach to residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license to practice.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
