Job summary

Regency Omak Rehabilitation & Nursing in Omak, WA, is seeking an RN for weekend coverage. You will provide medication assistance, nursing services, supervise staff, and support residents' well-being.

You will train staff, ensure resident plans, maintain infection control, document care, and respond to health emergencies within RN scope and state rules.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.

As An RN, You Will
