Job summary

Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center in Grove City, OH, is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to assist the DON and ADON in leading our nursing services for residents daily. The successful candidate will oversee care delivery, coordinate staffing, and ensure the highest standards of resident safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state (OH).
• Minimum 1 year of acute care, long-term care, or geriatric supervisory experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing, coordinating & evaluation of nursing care for residents.
• Implement nursing services and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensure compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
• Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
