Job summary

Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center in Grove City, OH is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to assist the DON and ADON in leading the exceptional nursing services provided to residents daily.

The successful candidate will manage nursing care direction, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and provide direct patient care. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, 1+ year in acute/long-term/geriatric supervision, and strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implement nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
