Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to join Aviata at Shoal Creek in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves managing staffing and supervising nursing staff providing direct resident care to ensure high-quality care on the assigned unit.

You will oversee admissions data collection, support development of individual treatment plans, assist in hiring and staff development, and ensure compliance with recording requirements and resident rights.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Minimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility
• Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care
• Assist in staff development and provide guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants
• Conduct and document a complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment
• Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident
• Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies
• Must complete Preceptor Training
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday: 6:45am-7:15pm

Aviata Health Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Aviata at Shoal Creek.
