Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license required.
• 3+ years nursing experience in a similar resident population setting preferred.
• At least 1 year of nursing administration experience.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff providing direct resident care.
• Assist in staff development and guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Document complete data collection of each resident's medical status on admission and during treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies.
• Must complete Preceptor Training.
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with new ideas and concepts.
