Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Nurse Supervisor, RN to join our team. This part-time weekend role covers 7 am to 11 pm, coordinating patient care and supervising staff to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Florida RN license, bring previous Skilled Nursing experience, and demonstrate compassionate leadership to support residents and providers. We value teamwork and dedication.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with other facility personnel while following facility policies and procedures.
• Supervises CNAs during shift including assigning/distributing work, performance management, and training new staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
