Aviata at Jacksonville is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to supervise nursing staff on weekends and ensure quality resident care on the assigned unit. You will manage staffing, mentor Clinical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, document admissions and treatment plans, and help recruit staff while upholding resident rights.

On-site weekend role requires active RN license, 3+ years nursing experience, and at least 1 year in nursing administration; schedule is Saturday and Sunday,

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in a setting serving the same population as this facility.
• Minimum 1 year experience in nursing administration.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to high-quality care.

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday: 6:45am-7:15pm

Aviata Health Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Aviata at Shoal Creek. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care to ensure quality resident care on the assigned unit.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care
• Assist in staff development and provide guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants
• Conduct and document a complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment
• Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident
• Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies
• Must complete Preceptor Training
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Minimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility
• Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
