Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend shifts with confidence and heart. You will oversee weekend operations, ensuring the highest level of nursing care for our residents and patients, while inspiring the team with professional excellence.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license and prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend shifts, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting excellence and compassion.
• Conduct performance evaluations, give feedback, and develop improvement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Demonstrate strong communication and conflict resolution skills to resolve issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
