Job summary

Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton in New Jersey is hiring an LPN Supervisor for the 11–7 shift. You will supervise and support nursing staff, respond to resident needs, and ensure documentation is completed on overnight rounds.

The position requires an active LPN license in New Jersey, prior supervisory experience, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Weekend rotation is required.

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the 11–7 shift
• Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly
• Complete required overnight assignments and documentation tasks
• Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed
• Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads
