Job summary

Haralson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bremen, GA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee a care unit, supervise nursing staff, and monitor patient care. The role requires extensive clinical experience and prior administrative training.

Weekend shifts 7am to 7pm are available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate and Baylor incentive. Responsibilities include leading emergency responses, QA rounds, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• RN with supervisory experience and administrative training.
• Extensive clinical experience required.
• Prior administrative training in nursing and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and oversee all aspects of unit operation.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
• Educate staff, residents, and visitors as needed; conduct in-services.
• Attend and lead medical emergencies as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Monitor nursing systems and documentation in EMR.
• Perform quality measure and quality assurance rounds during shifts.
• Complete thorough assessments with the Charge Nurse for changes in patient condition.
• Address staffing conflicts and report call-outs to appropriate personnel.
• Manage environmental issues and emergencies promptly.

Haralson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Extensive clinical experience a must, prior administrative experience and training in both nursing and administration.

Shifts Available: Weekends - Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm

Duties of RN Supervisor:

• - Leadership Skills
• - Educates employees/residents/visitors according to need. Conducts in-services at DON request
• - Attends/Leads all medical emergencies
• - Provides excellent customer service
• - Addresses all resident/visitor concerns
• - Monitors all nursing systems in EMR
• - Conducts quality measure/quality assurance rounds throughout the shift
• - Completes thorough assessments along with the Charge Nurse in any residents with a change in condition
• - Handles all staffing conflicts and reports all call outs to appropriate personnel
• - Handles all environmental issues/emergencies within a timely manner
