Job summary

North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend nursing operations. You will ensure patients receive the highest quality care and coordinate nursing staff across shifts, fostering teamwork and efficient workflow throughout the unit.

This role requires a current RN license, strong leadership and communication skills, weekend availability, and compliance with Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Job Summary

As a weekend supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention, while also managing the daily activities of our nursing staff. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations, and provide guidance and support to our nursing staff as needed.
