Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a RN Supervisor Weekend to lead our nursing team on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring high-quality patient care. You will supervise Shift Managers and LPNs, develop and evaluate care plans, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced rehab setting, with a focus on patient outcomes and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Alabama.
• Experience as an RN with rehabilitation/wellness focus.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team on weekends, ensuring that patients receive quality care and services
• Supervise and direct the activities of the nursing staff, including Shift Managers and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
