Job summary

The Good Shepherd Health & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, OH is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekends. This exempt role focuses on maintaining care standards, coordinating resident care plans, and guiding staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, updating care plans, engaging with the interdisciplinary team, training new hires, and managing on-shift emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio (unencumbered).

As the RN Weekend Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What You'll Do
