Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care for our seniors in Carthage, MO. You will assess, treat, and monitor residents while coordinating with the care team to develop individualized plans.

Responsibilities include administering medications, contributing to care conferences, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced long-term care setting. Missouri RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Missouri
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including assessments, treatments and medications
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team
• Monitor resident health status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Participate in resident care conferences and care planning
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
