All About Kids Home Health is seeking aRegistered Nurse for 1:1 in-home care in San Juan, TX. Weekend night shifts are available; experience with Trach/Vent/GJ-tube is preferred. Reliable transportation is required to travel to patients' homes. New grads welcome to apply. Flexible schedule and a supportive team are offered.

Applicants must hold an RN license and BLS certification. Duties include lifting, turning, and providing high-quality pediatric home health care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• RN license required with BLS certification.
• Trach/Vent and GJ-tube experience preferred; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home care for medically fragile children and young adults.
• Care will occur in patients' homes, weekend nights available.
• Must assist with transfers and lifting; use appropriate equipment.
• Travel to prospective clients' residences as needed.

All About Kids Home Health services children from the ages of 0 to 21yrs. who are considered medically fragile. We offer Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nurse Visits, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

Registered Nurses Needed
