All About Kids Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for weekday day shifts to provide 1:1 in-home pediatric care in San Juan, Texas. Travel to patient residences is required; GJ-Tube, Trach and Vent experience is preferred, with training available.

Strong computer skills and reliable transportation are essential to document visits and coordinate care. Certification requires LVN license and BLS.

Qualificações

• GJ-Tube, Vent and Trach experience preferred, training available.
• Must be able to travel to patients' homes and read 12 point font.

Responsabilidades

Company Overview:All About Kids Home Health services children from the ages of 0 to 21yrs. who are considered medically fragile. We offer Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nurse Visits, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

• License Vocational Nurses Needed
• For 1:1 Care
• Available shifts: Weekday Shift Monday thru Friday
• GJ-Tube experience, Trach/Vent experience
• Must have Computer Skills
• Must have reliable transportation; able to travel to prospective clients’ residence
• Must be able to stoop and bend; must be able to lift and transfer clients
• Must be able to read 12 point font
