Job summary

All About Kids Home Health is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for in-home, 1:1 care in Los Fresnos, TX. This role focuses on medically fragile pediatric patients and requires travel to family residences, with Trach/Vent experience preferred and the ability to read 12 point font.

New graduates are welcome. You must have BLS certification and LVN license, plus computer skills and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• LVN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Trach/Vent experience preferred (will train).
• Must have computer skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Must be able to lift and transfer patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care.
• Perform basic assessments and administer treatments.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with care team.

All About Kids Home Health services children from the ages of 0 to 21yrs. who are considered medically fragile. We offer Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nurse Visits, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

• License Vocational Nurses Needed
• For 1:1 Care
• Available shifts: Weekend Nights
• Trach / G-Tube experience
• Must have Computer Skills
• Must have reliable transportation; able to travel to prospective clients’ residence
• Must be able to stoop and bend; must be able to lift and transfer clients
