Job summary

All About Kids Home Health in San Juan, TX seeks Registered Nurses for 1:1 home health care of medically fragile children up to age 21. You will travel to patients’ homes for weekend day shifts, providing Trach/Vent and GJ-tube care with an RN license and BLS certification.

Computer skills and reliable transportation are required. Full-time home visits are conducted under established care plans, coordinating with families and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

RN license is required.
BLS certification is required.
Trach/Vent and GJ tube experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 home health care to medically fragile children.
Travel to patients’ residences for care visits on weekends.
Follow care plans and document patient progress; operate with appropriate medical equipment.

All About Kids Home Health services children from the ages of 0 to 21yrs. who are considered medically fragile. We offer Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nurse Visits, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

Registered Nurses Needed

Trach/Vent / GJ-Tube experience
Must have Computer Skills
Must have reliable transportation; able to travel to prospective clients’ residence
