Job summary

Responsibilities include assessment, documentation and collaboration to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Requires ADN (BSN within five years for some hires) and 2+ years RN experience; BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ADN required; BSN must be completed within five years for hires after Feb 24, 2017.
• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through assessment, documentation, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate care delivery and education with patients, families and health care team.
• Follow organizational policies to ensure safe patient care.
• Perform unit/department-specific clinical and technical competencies.
