Job summary

Overlake Clinic in Redmond seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care Clinic team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care, and collaborates on clinic protocols with leadership.

Direction to non-physician staff and patient education on health and disease management are included in this role. Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, Washington RN license, and BLS/CPR; two years of ambulatory care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years in ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director on clinic protocols.
• Provide direction to the non-physician clinical team.
• Educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention and chronic disease management.
