Job summary

Overlake Clinics in Bellevue is seeking a Registered Nurse in its Primary Care Clinic to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients. You will help maintain clinic protocols and educate patients and families while guiding a non-physician clinical team.

The role requires WA RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least two years of ambulatory care experience. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR/BLS required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. ER RN experience will be considered.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced patient focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal/people skills.
• Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director to develop clinic protocols.
• Provide direction to the non-physician clinical team and educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention and chronic disease management.
