Job summary

Allina Health invites qualified RNs to join our Urgent Care Cambridge team for a 0.4 FTE role with day/evening shifts and a rotating weekend schedule. The outpatient clinic focuses on coordinating and delivering efficient, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes. Minnesota RN licensure and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational degree in nursing is required.
• 0 to 2 years RN experience; new grads may be considered.
• Licensure as RN in Minnesota (and Wisconsin if applicable by location).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect/ synthesize health data.
• Plan and coordinate care with nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Lead implementation of the care plan and document interventions.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise plans as needed.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality of practice.
