Formación

• RN licensed in Virginia (VDHP) at hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to manage nursing tasks and coordinate care.

Responsabilidades

• Assign duties to nursing staff based on education, policy, and resident needs.
• Engage team for optimal performance and address performance issues.
• Develop and evaluate resident care plans and adapt as needed.
• Communicate care plans to providers, residents and families.
• Identify condition changes and document using Interact process.
• Ensure follow-through to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Apply good judgment and specialized nursing skills.
• Manage a typical nursing unit's workflow.
• Respect resident choices within safety and dignity while following policies.
