Job summary

Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation in Smithfield, VA seeks a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support Lifelong Health services. Qualifications

• RN licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) upon hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days (AHA/ARC/ASHI).

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to professional and non-professional staff according to education, training and resident need.
• Develops, implements and evaluates resident plans of care; communicates plan to providers, residents and families.
• Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation; adheres to Interact process and safety standards.
