Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings is required.

• Virginia Department of Health Professions RN license must be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to staff based on education and resident needs.
• Engages team to ensure quality resident care.
• Develops and evaluates resident plans of care.
• Communicates care plan to providers, residents, families and staff.
• Documents changes in condition following approved processes.
• Demonstrates ability to manage a typical nursing unit.
