Job summary

Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation in Smithfield, VA is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team. You will work under the Director of Nursing to assess, plan, implement and deliver resident care, coordinating with families and staff to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia is required (Upon Hire).

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Communicate plan of care to providers, residents, families and staff.
• Identify changes in condition with proper documentation.
• Support safety, dignity, and residents' privacy according to policies.
