Minnesota Veterans Home in Bemidji is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee the nursing unit, ensure high-quality resident care, and support clinical staff. The role directs the MDS/RAI processes, participates in on-call duties, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, while promoting teamwork and professional growth within the nursing team.

Eligible applicants hold MN RN license, have 4+ years RN experience including 2 years in long-term care, and CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• Licensed in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions and in good standing.
• Four years of RN experience, including two years in long-term healthcare.
• CPR or BLS certification and knowledge of MDS/RAI processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure proper duties are performed.
• Guide and coordinate MDS/RAI processes per regulatory guidelines.
• Provide clinical oversight and support for daily nursing unit operations.
• Advise on state and federal regulatory requirements for the nursing department.
