Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead a weekday, day-shift unit with rotating on-call weekends and to oversee daily operations, staffing, and resident care. The role emphasizes high-quality, compassionate care and regulatory compliance.

The Unit Manager will mentor nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain open communication with families and care teams to support residents’ well-being.

Formación

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Extensive long-term care clinical experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or administrative experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day unit operations and supervise nursing staff.
• Apply nursing process to assess and address residents' clinical and psychosocial needs with thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
