Rooster Healthcare Agency is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join a skilled nursing facility in Bennington, Vermont. The role offers an $8,000 monthly salary and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with assistance for Vermont RN license reciprocity.

The RN Unit Manager oversees daily operations for ~50 residents, supervising staff, coordinating care plans, and participating in morning reports and QAPI activities. Housing is provided and the contract is for 1 year.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Previous management experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Vermont.
• Availability for 1st shift.

Responsabilités

• Supervising nursing staff and supporting the care team
• Overseeing resident care plans
• Coordinating resident care
• Participating in morning report and QAPI activities
• Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Working alongside the Huntington's Unit Coordinator to support oversight of the Huntington's Special Care Unit
