Ideal candidates will have an active Alabama RN license and prior leadership experience in long-term or post-acute care, with strong clinical assessment and communication skills to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.
• Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow for the nursing unit.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and customer service.
• Monitor physician orders, treatments, and care plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support infection prevention and survey readiness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
