Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow for the nursing unit.
• Supervise, support, and lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Promote high-quality resident care and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor physician orders, treatments, nursing documentation, and care plans.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, assessments, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Support infection prevention, quality improvement initiatives, and survey readiness.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and resident-centered nursing environment.
